TEMURDARA VALLEY
Temurdara is considered one of the top five natural places in Tajikistan and is part of the Shirkent National Park. Its beauty and uniqueness set it apart from other parts of the country. The name of the lake is derived from a historical figure, Timur, who sought refuge in this gorge during his military campaigns in Central Asia. The lake is a picturesque mountain lake of the blockage type. It is situated at an elevation of approximately 2,000 meters above sea level. The region is considered somewhat mythical, a notion shared by the nearby Lake Pariyon. Temurdara is a well-known destination among tourists. The distance from Dushanbe is 75 kilometers, and from the bottom, you will need to walk 3.5 kilometers along steep mountain paths, which takes only about 3 hours.
PARIYON LAKE
Lake Pairon, also known as Pariyon, meaning "Lake of Mermaids" in Tajik, is situated in the Hisar Range, approximately 85 kilometers from Dushanbe. The site features a waterfall and foaming streams. These natural wonders leave an indelible impression on both locals and tourists. This scenic destination is accessible to all, offering a unique opportunity to experience its natural splendor. To reach the Pairon Lakes and experience their distinctive beauty, travelers must navigate challenging mountainous terrain.
Glacial Pass Angisht. The initial image is captivating: icy water rejuvenates travelers after arduous journeys, while snow-capped peaks are reflected in the lake as if in a mirror. These mountain lakes, with their extraordinary beauty, are like something out of a fairy-tale. Many residents of our republic will be able to relax in the royal silence of majestic mountains on the picturesque shores of the Payron Lakes. It is located 10 kilometers from Temurdara, and the hike along steep mountain paths will take about 4-5 hours.

08:00 – In the early morning, our team will pick up tourists from the hotel on the outskirts of Dushanbe and set off for Shahrinav, ready to explore the wonders of Tajikistan!
09:00 – We're about to arrive at the stunning Karatag gorge, and we'll be taking a scenic route through the village of Hakimi. Then, we'll begin our trek towards the breathtaking Lake Timur-Dara. The trek to the lake is 3.5 km, which will take about 3 hours.
12:00 – At the perfect time of day, we will arrive at the breathtaking Temurdara Lake, where we will indulge in an unforgettable picnic lunch.
13:00 – We're spending some time resting, exploring the area, and walking around the lake.
15:00 – We will finish our trip at Temurdara Lake and then continue hiking to Pariyon Lake. The distance to the lake is 10 kilometers, which is about 4 to 5 hours.
18:00 – We will reach Pariyon Lake and camp there.
19:00 – We'll be spending a delicious dinner and a peaceful overnight at the beautiful, secluded Pariyon Lake. The location's stunning and quiet nature, surrounded by the breathtaking Hisar Mountains, makes for the perfect getaway!
Pariyon Lake - Temurdara valley - Hakimi gorge - Shahrinav – Dushanbe
09:00 – Time for breakfast, followed by a picnic at the breathtaking Pariyon Lake. Keep the fun going as you enjoy the gorgeous views of the lake.
11:00 – We'll finish our incredible trek here and make our way back to Hakimi village! Our hike covers a total of 13 kilometers and takes about 5 hours, so we've got a full day of adventure ahead of us.
13:00 – On way, lunch, picnic
16:30 – We get in the car and drive back to Dushanbe.
18:00 – Arrival at Dushanbe
