Any relations, disputes and claims between the Company and the tourist are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The Offer-Agreement is a public offer for tourists, which is a standard form of agreement for the provision of tourist services and is published on the website http://bunyodtour.tj.

Offer acceptance is the tourist's agreement to the terms of the Offer-Agreement. The tourist accepts the terms of the offer-agreement by filling out an online form with personal data and paying for the tour or service.

Website is our Company's website located at http://bunyodtour.tj.

A client (tourist) is an individual who orders and/or pays for tourist services for themselves or third parties.

A tour product is a package of tourist services consisting of at least two (2) components: transportation and guide-interpreter services, as well as other services that are not additional to transportation or guide-interpreter services, such as: accommodation, meals, excursions and other tourist services.

Types of tours: (1) Private Tour - comfortable tour type, individual, services are provided personally; payment is charged per group; (2) Group Tour, Private - comfortable tour type, group, individual; services are provided personally; payment is charged per group; (3) Group Tour, Shared - budget tour type, group, shared; payment is charged per person.

Types of tours by duration: (1) One-day tour - a tour package for one day, lasting 5-12 hours; (2) Multi-day tour - a tour package for two or more days; (3) Excursion - one or more types of tour services in central cities for 2-4 hours.

A booked tour product is a paid tour product (voucher) issued to the tourist after acceptance of the offer-agreement, online application (order) for the tour product and payment.

A tour product application (order) is an online application for booking a tour product, in which the tourist indicates their data (full name, passport numbers, contacts) and other information.

Tour product application confirmation is the official confirmation of the tour product booking after payment is received.

Tour product payment is the tourist (or on behalf of the tourist) making a full payment or deposit for the tour product through the website's online payment system or other payment methods.

Payment Policy is a document regulating the procedure for payment for tourist services and is published on the website http://bunyodtour.tj.

Payment and Refund Policy is a document regulating the procedure for payment and refund for tourist services and is published on the website http://bunyodtour.tj.

Cancellation of a booked tour and a full refund (100%) is possible 30 days before the tour start (local time, UTC +5). This option does not apply to those who booked a tour within 30 days before the tour start date.

This bonus does not apply to booked travel packages that require a Letter of Official Invitation (LOI).

Book now - pay later! Tourists can make a deposit of just 10% of the tour cost, with the balance (90%) due in cash on the first day of the tour or by other payment methods 72 hours before the tour start. Registration must be completed no later than 30 days before the tour start. This option is only available for "Group Tour, Shared" category tours.

The site's primary currency is the somoni (TJS), so all payments will be made in somoni (TJS). Other currencies, such as the USD, Euro, Ruble, and Yuan, are presented as reference currencies.

To pay for tours/services, you can use payment methods such as bank accounts (TJS, US$, EUR and RUB), Visa, Mastercard, Korti Milli, Mir cards, as well as online wallets and cryptocurrencies (for more details, see the Payment and Refund Rules).

Any changes to the Tour Product or other conditions of the Booking Application are permitted by agreement of the Parties no later than 48 hours before the start of the tour.

Accommodation refers to the options (hotels) presented in the booking system on the website by hotel categories. In case of force majeure and booking of a Tour Product less than 30 days before the start of the tour, there is a possibility that the hotel may be replaced with a hotel of the same or higher category.

Standard meal includes salad, 1st and/or 2nd hot dish, bread, tea, however guests can order other dishes for an additional fee.

Privacy Policy is a document developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan dated August 3, 2018 No. 1537 "On the Protection of Personal Data" and published on the website http://bunyodtour.tj.

Some of our tour products are extreme, so tourists are advised to exercise caution while traveling. Please insure yourself against accidents in advance. Our company is responsible for providing the services specified in the tour package.

Force majeure is an irresistible force, an unpredictable event that is beyond our control and leads to the impossibility of providing tourist services, including natural disasters, epidemics and pandemics, military actions, riots, strikes, decisions of government authorities.

Guests (foreign citizens) intending to stay in Tajikistan for more than 10 days must register with the Passport Control and Temporary Registration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan.

Tourists who are going hiking are recommended to take: passport and other essential documents; backpack (35-50 liters); sleeping bag; sunglasses; trekking poles; personal hygiene items; light towel; swimming suit; long-sleeved shirt; warm fleece sweater; down jacket; gloves; warm hat; trekking boots.
